These were inspired by one of my moms scarves. We spent about an hour one day looking through her collection and I came across one that technically had these colors, but making them in glass yielded a totally different appearance. And the photos I took of it showed completely different colors than my eyeballs did. So weird. But anyway. We have three different shades of transparent green - a super bright true green, a slightly more olive green and a very deep sage green - transparent true blue, light and dark teal, violet (blue toned purple) and aubergine (red toned purple). The darker tones (deep sage, dark teal, aubergine) were reserved strictly for the mirror dots, and the others encase a clean white base. Each one contains 3 different colors, is different from the next, each side is just a smidge different from the other, and everything is on both sides of each bead!
About the beads:
These lampwork beads are made by Sarah Moran with soda-lime glass (also known as soft glass), and are kiln annealed for strength and long life. I do my best to provide an accurate representation in the photos. If you are interested in buying but have questions, please contact me.
